  INFRASTRUCTURE

Every large organization and large initiative requires infrastructure. In very simple terms infrastructure coordinates delivery of services with specific needs. Technology is a critical component of infrastructure but it is not in and of itself the entire infrastructure – not even close.

For profit tools like supply chain management, enterprise resource planning, and electronic data interchange established for-profit infrastructure. Information technology changed workplace culture, connected the for-profit world, and created a global economy. Unless and until our sector deploys a framework and builds the infrastructure to identify, connect, and work more productively together, we will never meet the needs in our community.

Our web-based technology is a framework that facilitates and enables infrastructure. This technology is hierarchical so it accommodates autonomous initiatives in cities or regions which can aggregate, for example, to a state level. The technology is configurable and elective and as it evolves it is shared and replicated to all.

Please review the presentation on the Home page to better understand our technology framework and how you can use it to establish an infrastructure in your city, state, or nation.

The first step towards building infrastructure is a resource directory. Restorative Justice Community uses the same technology that others are using including the Department of Labor in their SHARE Network initiative and more recently the FBCO Emergency Response Network .

Each of us can take a turn pulling on the rope as we have for years or we can start to pull on it together. Restorative Justice Community has the tools for you to start. Take the first step and add your organization to the community ( Click Here ) and encourage others to add theirs to the resource directory for your community.

Encourage leaders in your community and state to organize statewide initiatives.

Likewise, we encourage foundations and government to move beyond isolated reentry programs and align funding with initiatives that build statewide capacity, engage the community in an inclusive manner, and contribute to a sustainable infrastructure.
